One of our valued clients returned to us the other day. This client works for a charity based in Lincoln, UK that aims to promote literacy among children, but with with a special emphasis on low-income and at-risk, preschool-aged children. The client’s charity creates libraries, donates books, and implements literacy programs to develop the critical early foundation and skills that young children need to be successful in life.
On this occasion, the client contacted us because she wished to have a Spanish translation of some literature that the charity sends to parents, encouraging them to read with their children. The literature instructs the parents on what to do before and during a reading session with their child. The client also wished to have a Spanish translation of a survey that she intends parents to complete after using the charity’s resources, helping to gauge the effectiveness of their work.
One of our leading Spanish translators was soon selected to work on the Spanish translation, and the client approved the project to begin. Our expert Spanish translator resides in Catalonia, and frequently works on education-based translations. This experience has endowed our translator with the skills and experience required to make an accurate translation of this sort of literature, and thanks to the translator’s familiarity with this field, the completed translation was returned to the client within a few hours.
The client was pleased with the speed and accuracy of our service, and thought it to be of exceptionally good value. We anticipate working with this client again soon.
